Kevin Fiege Says Spider-Man: Far From Home Ends Phase 3

Even though Spider-Man: Far From Home is set “minutes” after the events of Avengers: Endgame, it won’t be kicking off Phase 4 like everyone believed.

In an interview at the Shanghai fan event for Avengers: Endgame, Marvel’s Kevin Feige said:

“It’s the end of the third phase.”

This will obviously cause some controversy as people are normally used to an Avengers movie capping off a Phase. Phase 2 did end with the original Ant-Man, but there are people out there who want that to be part of Phase 3 just so Avengers: Age of Ultron would be the end of Phase 2 in their mind.
