Marvel Releasing a Star Wars Adult Coloring Book

One strange new thing that I honestly don’t get the appeal of are adult coloring books. Maybe it’s a millennial thing? DC recently did a series of coloring book variants, and now Marvel will be releasing three full adult coloring books this fall, and one will be Star Wars.

Today Marvel announced Color Your Own Star Wars, Color Your Own Women of Power, and Color Your Own Doctor Strange adult coloring books. All three will cost $9.99 with Women of Power out in September and Doctor Strange and Star Wars both out in October.

“The Adult Coloring Book market has become a pop-culture phenomenon,” says David Gabriel, SVP Sales and Marketing, Marvel. “With Marvel’s first wave of Adult Coloring books, fans added their own personal style to classic Marvel stories. And now, with our latest editions coming this year, fans will be able to bring their personal artistic style to some of Marvel’s most recent and epic events.”
