Drizzt returns…and heads to Neverwinter!

If you’re a D&D fan, there are two book series in your vocabulary (besides Lord of the Rings, of course). The first is the epic Dragonlance series by Weis and Hickman. The second is naturally Drizzt. After appearing in about eighteen books (in one way or another), it’s time for another Drizzt trilogy and this one is headed to the famous Forgotten Realms city of Neverwinter!

Releasing in bookstores tomorrow, Gauntlgrym is the first installment of Salvatore’s Neverwinter trilogy. In it, Drizzt and Bruenor go off on an adventure to find the Dwarf kingdom of Gauntlgrym. But before they know it a catastrophe hits Neverwinter, Jarlaxle pops up and the adventure takes an unexpected turn.

The book is in stores tomorrow, and you can find it online at Amazon for a nice $15 for the hardcover. There are also Kindle and Nook versions coming out (but no iBook version). Here’s a trailer for the newest Drizzt adventure.
